Offshore Bank Account
We can set up an offshore bank account with online access for you in the country of Belize. Your account can be opened in your personal or business (IBC) name. In addition to strict privacy and secrecy laws, Belize does not recognize foreign judgements and is therefore an ideal jurisdiction to hold liquid assets. Minimum opening depsit: $1,000.00
The following documentation is needed to for each signatory or director to open your account:
- Notarized copy of Passport
- An attorney or CPA Reference letter or Bank Reference Letter addressed "to whom it may concern" with the following information: length of relationship, in good standing, and a statement of average balance.
Note: A government issued ID would work in lieu of a passport. The bank reference letter is a short, simple letter addressed "to whom it may concern" and basically states the length of your relationship, average balance, and the fact that you are in good standing. You simply take the pre-drafted letter to any teller at your bank, and they will fill in the dates & figures after transfering the text to their letterhead.
